What size dog bed should I choose?

This usually means the bed is too small or in the wrong place. Try a larger size and move the bed away from busy walkways, with its back against a wall.

What are the covers made from?

Our covers are made from water-repellent recycled polyester with a soft, pleasant finish. The filling is shredded foam, which retains its shape far longer than loose fibre filling.

Can the cover be washed?

Yes. Every cover can be completely unzipped and machine-washed at 30 °C. Wash separately, do not tumble dry and put it back on while slightly damp — this will make it much easier.

Is the bed suitable for dogs that chew?

The fabric is durable and tightly woven, but no dog bed is completely chew-proof. If your dog likes to chew, we recommend supervising them for the first few nights.

How often should I wash the cover?

We generally recommend washing it every three to four weeks, or every two weeks if anyone in your household has allergies or your dog goes outside in all weathers.

Yes, covers can be ordered separately. This means you can use one while the other is being washed, significantly extending the life of your dog bed.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before noon on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days within Slovakia and 3–6 working days elsewhere in the EU.

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition for a full refund.

Yes. When choosing delivery with Packeta, you can select a specific pick-up point directly from the map at checkout.

You can pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Yes. Your invoice will be issued automatically once payment has been received and sent to you by email. Registered customers can also download it at any time from the Orders section of their account.

Please email us as soon as possible at info@gauchitto.com, quoting your order number. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change or cancel it free of charge.

Yes. At checkout or in your profile, select the option to purchase as a business and enter your company registration number, tax identification number and VAT number. These details will automatically appear on your invoice.

No, you can place an order as a guest without registering. Creating an account also gives you access to your order history, invoices, saved addresses and dog profiles.

Once you add your dog's breed, age and weight, we can recommend the right bed size and products best suited to them. You can add more than one profile.

What language will my emails be in?

Emails will be sent in the language selected using the switcher in the header. If you are signed in, your preference will be saved to your profile and emails will be sent in either Slovak or English accordingly.
