Data Controller

Gauchitto s.r.o., contact: info@gauchitto.com. Add the registered office, company registration number, and tax identification number in the administration panel before launch.

Data We Process

  • Identification and contact details: name, email address, telephone number, and delivery address.
  • Order, payment, and invoice details.
  • Dog profile information (breed, age, and weight), if you choose to create one.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, and cookies based on your consent.

Purpose and Legal Basis

  • Performance of a contract — processing and delivering your order.
  • Legal obligation — accounting and invoice retention (10 years).
  • Legitimate interest — store security and prevention of misuse.
  • Consent — newsletters, analytics, and marketing cookies.

Data Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe, delivery is handled by the carrier (Packeta and its partners), emails are sent via Resend, and hosting and database services are provided by a cloud infrastructure provider. We do not disclose your data to any other parties.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and receive your data, as well as the right to object. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@gauchitto.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
