We dispatch orders from Slovakia, usually within 2–5 business days. We deliver to 24 countries across the European Union.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated from the order value after any discount. We do not currently deliver outside the countries listed above.
Packeta pickup points and personal handover are available for deliveries within Slovakia only. All other countries are served by courier.
The final shipping cost for your country is always shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch and Delivery Time
In-stock items are dispatched within 2–5 business days. For made-to-measure products, the production time is stated on the product page.
Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. The available shipping method and final shipping cost are shown at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find the order status in the Orders section of your account.
Undelivered Shipments
If you are unable to collect your shipment, the carrier will return it to us. Contact us to arrange redelivery.
