Returns & exchanges

If a bed is not right for your dog, sending it back is straightforward.

The 14-day window

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition. Write to us and we will send return instructions and the address.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We will exchange it for the correct one — just tell us your dog's weight and we will confirm the right fit, or check the breed atlas first.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned parcel reaching us.
